Chambersburg Athletic Hall of Fame - Nomination Form

This form can be used to nominate any former athlete, coach, contributor and legacy who has represented the Trojans Athletic Department in a Hall of Fame manner. All sports, all generations, all ages can be nominated (prior to 2016 for an athlete, 2021 for a coach and contributor). Please only nominate one person per form. You can nominate as many people as you see fit, but do not nominate them multiple times. All nominations will be taken seriously and discussed between the members of the voting committee.
